Designed to equip you with a strong foundation in Pilates. You will learn fundamental Pilates principles including Pilates breathe, how to engage deep core muscles and build mind body connection as you work through reformer exercises. Don't be fooled, you will be challenged and get a good sweat in the Essentials class.

Designed to improve your flexibility, balance, and coordination while restoring your body. Incorporates lengthening and strengthening exercises that flow through all major muscle groups and movement planes to release tension, and enhance overall mobility.

A great introductory class if you are starting or building your confidence to practice reformer Pilates, particularly in a group setting.

You can purchase individual classes or packages through our website. We offer discounted packages for Manila Athletic Club members. Make an account, confirm payment and we'll credit your account for booking right away!
Once your account has been credited, you can book your class via our website. Class bookings for each week opens up every Wednesday at 12pm.

Whether you are doing Pilates for the first time or practice regularly, we always advocate for learning Pilates principles and establishing a strong foundation for your Pilates journey. Our classes are of a larger scale with 10 reformers per class, which require more mind-body awareness as our instructors cue you through the class flow. Taking Essentials classes allows you to become comfortable and confident in this setting, so you can safely move onto more advanced class types.
We welcome those new or experienced in Pilates to try our signature group reformer classes!
If you are pregnant, we do not permit participation in group classes. If you are post natal, you can join our group classes once cleared by your medical professional. If you have a physical injury or health condition, we do not recommend taking our group classes first. The studio has the right to prohibit students from joining group classes if a safety issue is identified.
We offer private sessions where our certified instructors can properly assess and program workouts suited to your condition and goals. You can potentially join our group classes later on once you are cleared by your instructor and medical professional. Message us for more!
First, fill out our mandatory health declaration form. We require you to use grip socks in the studio. Grip socks are available for purchase at the Club.
For private sessions, please fill out our private session form ahead of time so our coaches can prepare for your specific conditions.
For all workouts, we recommend bringing your own towel. Water and drinks are available for purchase at the Club.

At MNL Pilates, we have something for everyone. From new to experienced, and from mobility to strength objectives - we recommend progressing through our different class types to find what fits your goals!
For safety reasons, you will not be permitted to enter the class past the start time and without completing the health declaration form. Please account for potential traffic and parking delays!
